How to get your Facebook password back if you forget..... 

Note: -Email or phone Number is required in your phone which you used in your facebook id.... 

1. Open your phone's browser.... Chrome is good for this process..(Choose any browser) 

2.Now open facebook on that browser.

3. Now go to the option of "forget password". 

4. Now put your Id number or email and search..

5. Now find your account and open it...

6. Now choose the option of "send code via sms" if you have a id number..
      Or
  Choose the option of "send code via email"if you have a email of your id in your phone..

7. Now open inbox if you used number and open gmail if you used email...

8. And now put the code and use new password.....
 ... Enjoy now.... 

This type of hacking is not bad

 ir illegal but you never try to do black hacking because this is very harmfull for you
